Project with Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (2012 - 2015)
- Dubai - Two 55 Story Residential and Hotel Towers in downtown Dubai adjacent to Burj Khalifa with total building gross area of 160,000 sm and comprising of high end residential apartments, retail, and 250 room 5 star hotel and serviced apartments
- Abu Dhabi Airport - Airside 100 room hotel facilites for transit passengers
- Viceroy Hotel - Abu Dhabi - located within the Mina Zayed master plan community, the 230 hotel was branded specifically for the future home of Abu Dhabi Media Zone.
- Viceroy Hotel - Abu Dhabi - Sowwah Island. 400 room hotel and serviced apartments stacked in a 50 story tower.
- Dubai Healthcare City – Jumeriah hotel and apartments (later becoming Hyatt Recency) comprising of 300 room five star hotel and apartments.
- W hotel Palm Jumeriah -250 room hotel complex plus 200 unit VIP apartment complex on the crescent of the Palm Jumeriah
- Al Mutaqua Five Star hotel - Busines Bay Dubai
- Hilton Resort – Kuwait – located on the Arabian Gulf, the hotel complex consists of 150 key hotel, 20 four unit villas, staff housing together with 20 two-unit villas and 15 VIP chalets.
