- Home to the region’s creative industries, twofour54º Mina Zayed is a 600,000m² media precinct with an integrated, digital environment to allow the public to engage and experience a true creative environment. This cutting-edge, waterfront initiative incorporates the first phase of the master plan development as well as the new headquarters of the Abu Dhabi Media Company.
- Central Plaza - The Central Plaza projects sits on a prominent location on Al Sowwah Island, on the east of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange building and financial complex. The project is a 375,000 m² mixed use development consisting of approximately 150,000 m² speculative office space, 40,000 m² hotel, 30,000 m² residential, 10,000 m² retail and 145,000 m² parking.
- Al Multaqa investment mixed Use development – Business Bay, Dubai, UAE, 800,000 sqft, 44 story, 5 below grade parking mixed use hotel, commercial, residential and retail.
- Saraya Island Mixed used development – Ras Al Khaimah - Development of lots 19, 20, 21, 23, V1, V5 and V15 comprising of Marina Promenade, Residences, Mega Yacht club, beach club, retail.
- SEBA Tower – Abu Dhabi, UAE, 1,000,000 sqft 50 story, 4 podium floors and five below grade parking mixed use commercial and residential tower.
- Abu Dhabi Mixed use development – 2.5 million sqft mixed use development in the heart of Abu Dhabi
- Sama Dubai – Competition entry for a observation tower in the Laggons master planned community. A proposed Net Zero Energy Tower.
- Capital Bay Towers, Business Bay Dubai, UAE, 400,000 sqft two 19 stories, 4 levels of below grade parking commercial, retail development
- Rawasi Tower, Dubai, UAE. 760,000 sqft, 34 story, 6 floor podium and 5 below grade parking commercial, retail development in the heart of Business Bay.
- Project Gateway Exhibition/Convention Center competition – Ras Al Khaiemah – UAE – use innovative structural systems and energy systems in the creation of large spans, building surfaces.
- Qatar Petroleum Head Quarters- The project is a 2.3 m/sf buildable area on a 5.8 m/sf site to serve as a consolidated head quarters for Qatar Petroleum.
- Al Hamra Tower, Kuwait, 50 Story mixed use commercial, retail and parking structure.
- Abu Dhabi Investment Authority Headquarters – Abu Dhabi – UAE – Competition – located at the water edge the office buildings was arranged to take advantage of the view of the Arabian Gulf and atrium skylight to admit day light. A pool at the base of the building was used to reflect the constantly varying patters of light.
- Abu Dhabi National Oil Company Headquarters – Completion – 46,000 sm headquarters building situated along the Corniche. 34 story tower rising to height of 180 meters and containing office space organized in an innovative floor plan with the highest level of efficiency and flexibility.
- Metro Center, Washington, D.C. Master plan for downtown office building including addition of 6 stories of offices above and adjacent to existing Hecht’s department store, and below grade parking for 140 cars, 500,000 sf, 2000
- Ninth Avenue and 31st Street Analysis, New York, New York, Urban design and zoning analysis for 1.8 million sf, 60-story building on Midtown site; public actions to include transfer of development rights from adjoining properties
- Singapore Financial City, Singapore Architecture and urban planning of mixed-use development on Marina Bay, 13 million sf
- 46th and 47th Streets & Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York, Urban design and zoning analysis for 1 million sf building on key downtown site; public actions to include transfer of development rights from adjoining properties
- Site 26, Battery Park City, New York, New York, Urban design and zoning analysis for 1.7 million sf 50-story building in Lower Manhattan; public actions included coordination of development rights with Battery Park City Authorities and compliance with Green Building Design
- 200 Broadway, New York, New York, Urban design and zoning analysis for 1.1 million sf building on key downtown site; public actions to include transfer of development rights from adjoining properties, 2000
- World Financial Center Tower 1 & Tower 3, Battery Park City, New York, New York, Planning and programming for multiple trading floor options, including building standards analysis, blocking, stacking, and prototypical layouts, 800,000 sf
- World Trade Center Study, New York, New York, Urban design and retail analysis for 2 million sf building plaza and below-grade facilities, including improved connectivity and circulation between towers and retail, 2000
- 300 Madison Avenue, CIBC USA Headquarters, New York, New York, Urban design and zoning analysis for 1 million sf building on key Midtown site; public actions to include transfer of development rights from Grand Central Terminal and improvements to the subway entrance on the site, 1999
- Project Pinnacle, Singapore, Architecture and urban planning of mixed-use development on Marina Bay, 4 million sf
- Random House Headquarters, Broadway, New York. Full services for new corporate headquarters for the Random House publishing company; mixed-use complex consists of two levels of retail, one level of below-grade parking and 550,000 sf of office space in a 28-story tower; on top of the tower are 23 stories of apartments, with Central Park views; 853,000 sf. 2001
- Times Square Site One, New York, New York. Design for mixed-use 50-story tower, including four lower floors of retail, fifth-floor sky lobby, and 44 floors of speculative office space topped by two mechanical floors, 1.315 million sf, 2002
